An Irishman in a French
Bakery? Qu'est que ce? It's true! Owner and Baker, Ian Parent
learned everything about baking the
French way from previous owner Lucien DeGioanni, in his four years
of managing La Petite France. He knows all there is about those
quirky French ovens and baking the best darn baguette this side
of the Atlantic! Ian has also worked
many years in delicatessens and as a salesman selling Boars Head Brand meats
so he knows the ins & outs of a deli and how to build creative sandwiches with great ingredients!
If you can't make
it to the cafe, stop by Lamberts Fruits in Centerville to
pick up a baguette, delivered fresh daily. Or, if you're headed
out for dinner you can enjoy our bread being served with dinner
